Kyle has been an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer for 3 years, wutha speciality in Functional Training. He was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. His passion for fitness and health started at an early age while playing socccer. After suffering from several injuries throughout his career to his knees, back and hips; Kyle used his knowledge and skills to help reduce risk of future injuries by strengthening his body throughout rehabilitation, functional movement patterns, and resistance training. Kyle has worked with all types of people, and is ready to help anyone who is willing to work hard towards their goals!
