As a kid, I always enjoyed getting out and being active, whether that be playing sports or just running around the yard. Throughout my high school years I started to develop a passion for fitness. I would research different workout splits, and found what worked for me and what did not. My journey simply started with an at home workout split (done with some research), mom/dads cooking, and being active. You will see why that is important later. As I learned more and more I would implement these new practices and strive to be better. I went to YouTube and anywhere I could find to learn more and more about the fitness/nutrition world. It became an obsession and still to this day I try to learn something new everyday. I loved the industry and would find out pretty quickly that it is what I would want to do. I learned quickly that changing how I looked would take more than just a simple workout split. It truly takes passion, discipline, and hard work. Like people say, it is a “lifestyle” but it changed my life for the better and I could not be happier. As you can see in the picture, this is the result of adopting some of these fitness lifestyle habits. The best thing is that everyone has the capability to transform their body, like I said before I started with at home workouts and mom/dad cooking. There is potential for success in everyone and it is my goal to bring that out! Fast forward to now, I have obtained my personal trainer certification and am using my knowledge to help people transform their bodies into the body of their dreams. Just as the fitness lifestyle has transformed my body into the body of my dreams, I want the lifestyle to do the same to YOU. I want to help more people through their transformation! That is why I decided to become a personal trainer at BrownsFit.
