Training Camp
This high-intensity boot camp style class offers a host of speed and agility options that will take you to the first string. We take the skills and drills from the field and apply them to help get you stronger, leaner and faster. Your coach will deliver a non-stop, action-packed physical demanding workout that will challenge you to bring your A-game every time. Do you have what it takes?
HIIT LAB
HIIT RX: a 45-minute total body conditioning HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. This is an intermediate/advanced level workout with modifications for all fitness levels. MyZone heart rate monitors are encouraged for this class!
4th Quarter Blitz: a total body conditioning class with a focus on TRX Suspension training for developing strength, balance, and stability. But don't be fooled, this class will also contain high intensity cardio bursts to improve your endurance, so you'll be ready to handle any blitz that comes your way.
BARRE-LESS BARRE
Barre-less Barre is a perfect combination of high intensity, low impact strength and flexibility exercises utilizing light weights, gliders, and a Pilates ball. Focus on conditioning and toning your entire body with ballet-inspired exercises and Pilates-inspired movements designed to develop overall muscular strength and endurance, with an emphasis on the core and legs.
Cycle
Cycle is beneficial for anyone looking for a way to enhance fitness and overall health. You will ride on flat road, climb hills, sprint and race! Whether you are a world-class athlete, a class regular or a beginning exerciser, you will definitely be challenged in this class.
Six Pack
We use body weight, free weights, gliders and sand bells to burn your abdominals. A fun packed 30 minutes designed to tone, build, strengthen and blast your abdominal muscles. The benefits of tightening your core muscles are enhanced balance, coordination, posture and of course... that desired Six Pack.
Vinyasa Yoga
This Vinyasa class seamlessly transitions Asanas (poses) together. Expect a contemporary style of yoga that offers great music and strong coaching that will leave you feeling invigorated and refreshed. Vinyasa encompasses many different types of yoga including Ashtanga, Iyengar and Hatha, as well as restorative. We always leave time for opening, healing and exploration so that you can begin your training where you are. In Vinyasa each movement is synchronized to a breath, rhythm and flow.
Mat Pilates
Class will focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. The instructor presents the exercises at multiple levels that allow students to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate or advanced pace. Participants learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging deep muscles of the core.
HIIT Strike
HIIT Strike is a class in our HIIT Lab that offers members a chance to try a mixed martial art inspired class. We only ask that you go 'all out' and make this the most efficient part of your day. We offer this 45-minute full-body, boutique-style class option for you to maximize your time in the gym. Our specialized coaches merge timed intervals along with the most dynamic functional training movements to crush fat cells and increase strength gains. We will incorporate plyometrics, kicks, strikes, and innovative strength-based moves with the latest equipment. *Note: Hand wraps and boxing/mma gloves are required for this class. Please bring your own or purchase them from the front desk.
